New York State is famous for having the best tap water.

It’s good for you, good for your budget, and good for the environment. Every time you use a refillable bottle, you are helping to reduce the millions of disposable bottles that clog our landfills and take 1000 years to decompose.

Who they are!

I Love NY Water is a not-for-profit initiative created to promote the benefits of New York’s #1 resource: their tap water. Their goal is to create awareness of the environmental impact and staggering costs associated with disposable bottle water. They want all New Yorkers—residents and tourists alike—to treasure this overlooked natural resource.

Refills, Not Landfills!

Over 70% of disposable water bottles end up in landfills, lakes, streams and oceans.

So use a reusable water bottle and fill it with tap

                                              Super Cheap!

Bottled water costs 1,000 times more than tap water.

Drinking 2 liters of tap water a day only costs 50 cents per year.

I Love NY Water Safe!

Tap water in the US is subject to more stringent federal safety regulations than bottled water.

Tap is the better choice.

As much as 40% of bottled water is actually bottled tap water.
